Trenel Macon-Villages Burgundy French White Wine 750 mL

This wine possesses a brilliant golden color. Its nose is fresh and floral with citrus notes. In the mouth, the wine is soft and round with a great length. The final is crisp and very pleasant with a citrusy touch.

As a champion of small farmers and sites of individuality, we are proud to represent Trénel. Claude-Henri Trénel established the firm that bears his name in the late 1920’s. After World War II, his son André took the foundation provided him and began a long career seeking to enlighten people about the delightful wines of Beaujolais and Mâcon, Burgundy’s most southerly point. André tirelessly promoted the crus of Beaujolais and previously unheralded communes of Mâcon, and is now considered one of the leading historic figures of the region. Fruit centered with sense of place; wines that are fresh and alive and oozing with personality. The ‘Hommage’ efforts are a debut and taste of a time gone by.
