Description
100% Albarino from 30 year vines grown at 350 m, mostly sandy soil. The wines are steel fermented after harvest then aged 9 months in French oak on the fine lees with regular stirring
Color and Appearance: Intense yellow color is shown in its dense and glyceric movement.
Nose / Aroma: On the nose it shows its finesse and aromatic persistence that ranges from white flowers, fresh fruit to notes of laurel, eucalyptus and menthol well integrated with the notes of aging.
Mouth / Flavors: Mouth powerful, fresh and structured with an integrated acidity, fatty and with good texture.
