Up to 100 years old on Calcerous sand. vines manually harvested Mid-September to mid-October 15,000 bottles produced.
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Maceration on the skins lasts for about 14 days. Malolactic fermentation is employed. Aged 12 months in French oak barriques, 12 months, 12 months in the bottle. Alcohol 14.50%ABV, good to cellar up to 20 years
