CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VINEYARD: Hilly vineyard (280 meters) in the Chianti Classico area, southern exposure
VINIFICATION: Traditional in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (26/28 ° C) with the help of 6/9 daily pumping over. At the end of fermentation, maceration on the skins for another 10 days.
REFINING: 12 months in small wood. After bottling, a further 3 months in the bottle.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: A genuine and characteristic expression of Sangiovese, Chianti Classico has an intense and dense ruby red color. The nose shows aromas of wild berries, black cherry, thyme and leather. Dry and decisive taste, balanced by the delicate sweetness of French oak.
