PIPER SONOMA: Founded on 1980 by the Champagne House Piper-Heidsieck. Using its 100 acres of vineyards and purchased grapes from Dry Creek, Russian River and Alexander Valley, Piper-Sonoma has the country’s best three grape-growing regions for its sparkling wine.

TASTING NOTE: Crisp and bright, opening with light yeast character, berry-apple fruit and faint vanilla. The wine has a creamy texture and a lingering finish of citrus, berry and light toast.
