Vinous 92 points – Limpid orange-pink. Lively, spice-accented aromas of fresh strawberry and orange zest, with a smoky mineral quality adding lift. Juicy, sharply focused red berry and tangerine flavors become spicier with air and take on a suave candied rose quality. A refreshingly bitter blood orange note carries a long, incisive finish that shows excellent delineation and tangy lift. (aged for 18 months on its lees).April/2019
TASTING NOTES Very bright cherry–pink color. Well-developed bubbles, constant and small in size. Fruity exuberant aroma dominated by a variety of forest fruits along with delicate tannins. An initially potent flavor with good structure and just the right degree of acidity that maintains a perfect balance throughout its prolonged lingering aftertaste.
Alcohol 11.5%
Grape varieties: Monastrell 60% Garnacha 20% Pinot noir 20%
Bottle fermented, “Methode Champenoise”. Aged a minimum of 18 months.
Service temperature: 6-8ºC.
