Tasting Notes from the winery: “This is produced from 100% (early picked) Pinot Noir, same as for the sparkling wine.This wine exhibits the normal style of a very clean, light wine, with delicate flavors. The Blanc de Noir is also a low-alcohol wine, perfect for summertime. There are notes of white cherry and strawberry; also of melon (across three tasters, we had suggestions of watermelon, musk melon and casaba melon).”
