- Bottled without additives or coloring
- Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV
- Only 1,260 bottles produced
The seventh release from Kilchoman’s Small Batch series sees a combination of 70% ex-bourbon casks, 5% oloroso sherry casks, and 25% shaved, toasted, re-charred (STR) red wine casks The STR finish, a technique pioneered by the late Dr. James Swan, lends a well-integrated influence of red fruit and baking spice.
