• Grain-to-bottle Single Malt Islay Whisky distilled by Kilchoman Distillery
• Aged a minimum of 9 years
• Distilled from barley grown on the Kilchoman farm on Islay in 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011, malted in house and smoked using peat from the Cnoc Dubh peat banks
• Distilled in copper pot stills and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels (60%) and sherry butts (40%) before blending; a total vatting of 33 casks

Featuring grain grown on the Kilchoman farm, this is the only expression from the distillery to be produced entirely in a single location, from grain to bottle. 400 acres of rich soil are reserved for barley, which grows with a distinctive and hard-earned character, forged by the island’s brine-filled, gusting winds.
