SPARKLING MARGARITA
- 1 oz Excellia™ Reposado
- 1 oz Esprit de June liqueur
- 2/3 oz fresh Yuzu juice
- 2/3 oz fresh Pear juice
- brut champagne
Pour all the ingredients (except the Champagne) in a mixing glass filled with ice-cubes and stir for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a tall champagne glass. Top with Champagne Brut. Garnish: fresh lychee or fresh mango on a stick.
MEXPRESSO MARTINI
- 1¼ shots Excellia™ Reposado tequila
- ¾ shot coffee liqueur
- 1½ shots espresso coffee
- ¼ shot sugar syrup
Shake the ingredients hard with ice.
Strain into a frozen martini-cocktail glass / coupe.
Garnish: Three coffee beans.
