Fine soil with lots of gravels
From a 0.13 ha parcel of vines planted in 1996 locates close to Vides Bourses 1er Cru.
Fermentation begins in tank and then the wine is aged in French Allier oak barrels, about 30% new. Thibault Morey prefers his white wines to have young and fresh aromas and bottles them deliberately early, at about 11 months.
