Nihilo is a Latin name meaning: nothing. We gave this cuvée this name because we wanted to produce a wine with no addition and no technological intervention, And here it is. This wine is a pure juce out of fermented biodynamic fruits.
No Filtration, no addition, only pleasure.
Fruity, crunchy, very instinctive and deep in the noze. The mouth is generous, very digest, vibrant and with present but élégant tannins
Gape variety: Pinot Noir – Gamay – Gamaret
Food & wine pairings: Grilled meat – Red meat – Pâtes – Or even just as an aperitif with a board of charcuterie
Aging: 3 à 6 ans.
