A well-prepared table is a good reason to get together with friends and family, to enjoy moments that will last in our memory, now more than ever. Chivite Las Fincas Rosado comes into being from the complicity which is created around a well-prepared table, in this case, between two great friends: Julián Chivite, who knows his stuff about wine, and the chef Juan Mari Arzak, one of the best exponents of good gastronomy. The result? A perfect pairing from which Chivite Las Fincas comes into existence: an exclusive, limited and numbered edition rosé wine.
It is made from Grenache and Tempranillo from the farm Legardeta, owned by the Chivite family. After the harvest, the grapes are vinified in a traditional way trough the saignée method, with a slight maceration. It ferments in stainless steel deposits at a low temperature for 21 days. It is left to stand with its lees for around 6 months.
