Under the same ownership as Château Haut-Gravet, Chateau Hyot is situated
to the east of St Emilion in the Cotes de Castillon.
Château Hyot showcases the masterfull skill of winemaker Amelie Aubert and
consultant Michel Rolland.
Grape: 60% Merlot – 20% Cabernet Franc – 20% Cabernet Sauvignon

Ageing: Aged in 60% new French barrels for 20 months for micro
oxygenation to introduce oxygen naturally in wine.
Tasting Note:
A deep ruby colour, with a clear shine, revealing a structured nose of ripe fruit
with hints of pepper. Remarkable balance, soft silky tannins sustaining a long,
memorable finish.
