Strong lavender across the palette, citrus on the front, spice on the back, and honey on the tail end to smooth it all out.

ELYSIAN & TONIC
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Elysian Fields Lavender Gin
.25 oz St Germain
.25 oz lemon juice
Q Tonic

DIRECTIONS
In a G&T glass, combine all ingredients except tonic. Fill glass with ice and top with tonic. Garnish with lavender sprig.
