Produced at a distillery located at the base of Mount Etna nestled into the local famed orange groves, Amaro Dell’Etna is made from the original 1901 recipe. Notes include bitter orange, spicy rhubarb, sarsaparilla, dried green herbs, vanilla and powdered cocoa. A great digestif or modifier in cocktails.

Pompelmo Cocktail: 1-1/2 oz Amaro dell Etna, 4 oz San Pellegrino Pompelmo (grapefruit) soda in a tall glass over ice
Italian American Cocktail: 2 oz Bourbon 1 oz Amaro dell Etna 1/2 oz simple syrup stir with ice in a mixing glass pour in rocks glass over a large cube dash of Angostura bitters (and a dash of Regan’s Orange if you have) garnish with a lemon peel
