I’m focusing on the fun aspect of tonight’s tasting – playing with cocktails! We think of Rum as a tropical drink for the summer and rum cocktails as those fruit bombs with umbrellas. Well try a twist on a classic cocktail for some fun after summer. The beauty of the aged rum shines and it gives you a new way to enjoy an old friend!
