"Made purely from 100% certified organic Chardonnay grapes, this dry, friendly white is fresh and fruity with hints of apple and citrus. Produced through cluster-crushing and without oak-aging, it affords the chance to taste Chardonnay at its purest."

About Terra Savia:
"We grow organic grapes on our own 60-acre Saney Valley Vineyard in Hopland, Mendocino county, and have been certified organic by the CCOF since 2005. The Terra Savia labels show various predators living on our land. The presence of wild predators proves that the food chain on our land is still complete. Nowadays, this is only possible through a deliberate effort to conserve and protect land. We do this by holding land (100 acres for every acre of our orchard, for a total of roughly 2500 acres), by keeping it undeveloped, and by letting nature runs its wild course on it."
