"Aged for 12 months in new French and American oak, this dark ruby towards purple, medium-bodied wine shows moderate near-sweet tannins and good balance along with enchanting aromas and flavors of jammy fruits, those with spicy, peppery and licorice overtones, all reflecting the judicious use of oak. "The Shiraz grapes in this wine were harvested from vineyards in 2 growing regions- Jezreel Valley and Ella Valley. The blend of grapes from these vineyards, with their varied climatic and soil conditions is what provides the wine with its gamut of flavors. Twelve months of ageing in French and American oak barrels results in a harmonious, well-balanced and aromatically complex wine."
