From selected vineyards in the Tunuyan Valley, La Consulta and Perdriel zones of Mendoza, Argentina

Grape Varieties
100% Malbec

Vinification
Grapes were hand-harvested in the early morning hours to avoid high temperatures. 20% of the fresh juice was rapidly “bled” to ensure maximum concentration of fruit. Small lots were separately fermented to ensure quality. A maturation of up to 14 months in 100% new French oak barrels ensued. The final blend was decided after a careful selection of the finest casks.
