The vineyard of Rully is located in the south of cote de Beaune on clayey-chalky soils. The wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels during 12 months in old arched cellar.Aromas of peach and apricot on both nose and palate. This wine is delicate and perfumed with a rich and pleasant final. Serve with fish, shellfish or goat cheese.
