Cosentino Pinot Noir Sonoma 2006

From the Winemaker:
"This medium full-bodied wine has a youthful front with spice notes that are met with intense rhubarb, cherry and pomegranate. Spice and vanilla is followed by leather and earth notes. This Pinot has a more Burgundy-like structure and is framed by young tannins.

100% Pinot Noir from the Sonoma and Russian River Valleys. During fermentation, the grapes were hand-punched and pressed into French oak barrels. It was aged on the lees and remained in barrels until blending prior to bottling. Aged for 9 months and bottled unfined."
