Chateau Miraval Rose "Pink Floyd", Cotes de Provence 2007

Chateau Miraval has long been known for its quaffable wines. In addition, the estate has basked in a spreading pool of celebrity limelight. This dry rose, christened "Pink Floyd" because the band recorded part of their album "The Wall" at nearby Studio Miraval, enjoyed a recent surge in popularity after Brangelina gave it favorable reviews (and then took up temporary residence at the Chateau). However, this rose easily stands on its own, even without celebrity endorsement.
