"10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Doing a nice job of combining its high ripeness with polished, almost sophisticated impressions, this one is loaded with concentrated blackberry fruit supported by a kiss of creamy, slightly caramelly oakiness. It is full on the palate but not heavy, and its suppleness comes with but the slightest tilt to fleshiness that is well-fit to the ripe, rich flavors that follow. Fruit persists in the finish even as touches of heat and tannin creep in and encourage a bit of bottle aging."
