"Light gold color. Toasty, leesy and buttery on the nose, with ripe apple and orange notes. A medium-bodied, broad and gently textured Champagne that's loaded with orange peel, candy apple and juicy, smoky pear flavors; this is almost oily but retains good vinosity. Reminded me of high-quality mezcal. Exotic spice notes kick in on the long, tangy, nicely focused finish."
