E. Guigal Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2015 White French Rhone Wine 750 mL
E. Guigal Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2015 White French Rhone Wine 750 mL

"65% Viognier, 15% Roussane, 8% Marsanne, 8% Clairette, 2% Grenache Blanc and 2% Bourboulenc aged in stainless steel tanks. Yellow gold, clear and brilliant color. The nose is fresh and marked by the distinctive aromas of Viognier (white flowers, apricot, acacia and white peach). On the palate the wine is fruity with plenty of richness and body. A well-rounded wine with elegance, strength and balance." -The Winery

91 points Wine Advocate 2016

"Another terrific white is the 2015 Cotes du Rhone Blanc, a cuvee that continues to over-deliver in just about every vintage. Tasting like a top-flight Condrieu with its tangerine, honey and floral aromas and flavors, it's pure, elegant and impeccably balanced on the palate." Robert Parker

E. Guigal Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2013 French Red Rhone Wine 750 mL

89-91 Wine Advocate December 2016

The 2013 Côtes du Rhône, which is scheduled to be bottled in November, is a bigger, richer wine than I remember and has tons of ripe Syrah characteristics. Black olives, smoked earth, pepper and plenty of dark fruit all emerge from this inky-colored, straight-up impressive Côtes du Rhône.

The 2014 Crozes Hermitage is another charmer from this vintage that will dish out ample pleasure over the coming 5-6 years. Blackcurrants, raspberries, peppery herbs and earthy characteristics all flow from this medium-bodied, upfront Syrah that will be ready to go on release." -Jeb Dunnuck

Errazuriz Max Reserva Aconcagua Valley Carmenere 2015 Red Chilean Wine 750 mL
Errazuriz Max Reserva Aconcagua Valley Carmenere 2015 Red Chilean Wine 750 mL

90 points Wine Spectator 2017

"Deep, ripe and loamy, offering flavors of roasted plum, mocha and blackberry that lengthen out nicely. Creamy midpalate, with chocolate and spice details." Kim Marcus

"Spicy character predominates on the nose, with aromas of black pepper and paprika, all followed by notes of figs and plums, as well as subtle touches of black olives. The aging in barrel added harmonious notes of coffee and black chocolate to this blend of aromas. The wine feels velvety on the palate, with round and polished tannins that emphasize the flavours of black fruits and figs, as well as the variety’s classic spicy character." -The Winery

Osprey's Dominion Pinot Gris 2014 White Long Island Wine
Osprey's Dominion Pinot Gris 2014 White Long Island Wine
Previous Vintage: 89 Points - Wine Advocate, June 2015
"The 2013 Pinot Gris Reserve is unoaked. This is a very respectable expression of Pinot Gris, solid in the mid-palate, juicy on the finish and showing more than a little tension. It has a dark and burnished feel to it, but it is quickly enlivened by the nice acidity on the finish. For the very reasonable price, it should easily exceed expectations if you prefer your wines on the crisp and steelier side. As it warmed and aired out, it just got better. There were 145 cases produced." -Mark Squires

Osprey's Dominion Merlot 2010 Red Long Island Wine
Osprey's Dominion Merlot 2010 Red Long Island Wine
"Osprey’s Dominion Merlot offers classic dark plum aromas with blackberry preserves, sweet cedar, smoke and vanilla. And while the nose is rather fruity, the palate isn’t overly so with rich flavors of chocolate, mint and tobacco joining the party. The medium tannins are there, but not overly aggressive. With another year or so in bottle they should integrate even more. Overall, this wine is medium on body but full on flavor." -The Winery
