"Pale yellow-green, with a very fine mousse Reticent nose reveals a less floral and more mineral set of aromas than the Crede, with hints of jasmine and honeysuckle. Also less effusively fruity on the palate, with restrained apricot and white peach flavors. Overall a less forthcoming style of wine but one that leaves your mouth fresh and clean. Finishes quite dry, with moderate persistence." -Ian D'Agata
Tasting notes: The nose is intense, fresh, elegant and it features an extremely agreeable fruitiness of apples and
pear. Rich and balanced palate. Fantastic with risotto, pasta with vegetables, light fried fish. Great with sushi, sashimi, tempura and tofu. It is also the ideal Prosecco for preparing the original Bellini.
