"Specially selected Chenin blanc grapes were crushed and fermented with selected yeasts till dry. T he wine was left on the primary lees for 6 weeks, before being racked, blended, filtered and bottled. This off dry white wine is full of tropical fruit aromas and flavours. The wine is medium full and has a lingering aftertaste. Serve chilled. Enjoy this wine on its own or with chicken dishes, picnics and salads." -The Winery
