"Specially selected Pinotage grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness. They were crushed and the juice was then fermented on the skins until dry. Malolactic fermentation took place, and the wine was then matured in 300 liter oak barrels for 12 months before being blended and bottled. This wine is medium bodied and full of ripe plum and raspberry fruit aromas and flavours. Enjoy this wine on its own or with or with red meat, chicken, pasta and tomato based dishes." -The Winery
