Jorge Ordonez Seleccion Especial Moscatel 2011 375mL
91 Points - International Wine Cellar, September/October 2013
"(100% moscatel of Alexandria; 140 g/l of residual sugar): Green-tinged yellow. Highly perfumed bouquet of candied pit fruits, honey and jasmine. Sweet, clinging peach, apricot and tangerine flavors show impressive depth as well as energy, picking up a gingery nuance with air. Finishes smooth and long, leaving pit fruit nectar and orange marmalade notes behind." -Josh Raynolds

90 Points - Wine Advocate, November 2013
"Those looking for something heavier, richer and more traditional will enjoy the two cuvees known as Seleccion Number I. Both are made from 100% Moscatel de Alexandria. The 2011 Seleccion Especial No. 1, which has 140 grams per liter of residual sugar, was harvested in mid-October. It is a surprisingly medium-bodied, elegant wine revealing lots of minerality in addition to fresh, honeyed citrus and tropical fruits. The sweetness is balanced by good acidity, and this wine is ideal for drinking as an aperitif or after dinner." -Robert Parker
