"Traminer is one of the noble grape varieties best suited for cultivation in northern latitudes. It is well-known in southern Germany, Alsace and the Austrian Tyrol. Casata Monfort grows Traminer in the township of Pergine, where vineyards at 500 meters a.s.l. enjoy southern exposure and sunlight most of the day.
